IT asset disposition for large organizations, one program for every site.

Many sites should not mean many disposal vendors. Coretek 360 collects office, branch, and data center hardware everywhere you operate, wipes it to NIST 800-88, and reports it under one schedule and one contact.

Multi-site enterprise ITAD on one schedule and one report.

Every location is mapped into one program, with recurring pickups and the same NIST 800-88 process at every site. One report supports your fixed asset write-offs, SOX controls, and state privacy law obligations.

  1. Program Planning

We map every office, branch, and data center into one program covering laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, printers, and network gear. You get one schedule and a single point of contact for all of it.

    • Every site on one program
    • One point of contact
    • Laptops to data center racks
  2. Secure Collection

Hardware is collected from every location on recurring or one time pickups, in tracked vehicles under documented chain of custody, with palletized removal where volumes call for it.

    • Recurring or one time pickups
    • Palletized removal for large sites
    • Chain of custody documented throughout
  3. Data Sanitization

Every retired device is wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified, or shredded, before reuse or recycling. The same process runs at every site, supporting your obligations under state privacy laws and your own security policies. Shredding is done in house by Coretek 360. It is not yet covered by our R2v3 certificate, and we are actively working to add it.

    • Wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified
    • Shredded when media must not survive
    • A certificate for every serial number
  4. Remarketing & Recycling

Laptops, desktops, monitors, and servers with life left in them are refurbished and resold through our sales channels, with the value returned to you against the cost of the refresh. Everything else goes to R2v3 certified downstream processors, as a RIOS Certified Recycler.

    • Working hardware refurbished and resold
    • Value returned to you
    • R2v3 certified downstream recycling
  5. Audit Ready Reporting

One report accounts for every serial number across every site, with a certificate of data destruction for every drive. Your IT asset manager, finance, and compliance teams work from the same record for SOX fixed asset controls and vendor audits.

    • Every site in one report
    • Every serial number accounted for
    • Certificates of data destruction for every drive

Frequently asked questions.

Direct answers on the rules you answer to, the hardware we take, and the records you keep.

How does ITAD support SOX fixed asset controls and state privacy laws?

SOX fixed asset controls and state privacy laws are obligations your enterprise answers to, and retired hardware touches both. Coretek 360 runs the same NIST 800-88 process at every site and accounts for every serial number in one report, so IT, finance, and compliance all work from the same record of what happened to each device.

Do you take everything from laptops to data center racks?

Enterprise programs with Coretek 360 cover office, branch, and data center hardware together, including laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, printers, network gear, servers, and more. Devices with life left in them are refurbished and resold once their data is destroyed, with the value returned to you against the cost of the refresh.

What do IT, finance, and compliance receive at the end?

IT asset management, finance, and compliance work from the same two documents from Coretek 360. The certificate of data destruction per serial number records the drive serial number, the NIST 800-88 method used, and the date. The serialized asset report covers every site and records custody, make and model, sanitization method, and final disposition, resale or recycling, for every asset.

Can one vendor cover all of our offices, branches, and data centers?

One program can cover every office, branch, and data center your enterprise runs. Coretek 360 maps each location into a single schedule with one point of contact, then collects on recurring or one time pickups in tracked vehicles under documented chain of custody. Coretek 360 is headquartered in North Carolina and serves organizations across the US and in 14+ countries.
