Manufacturing IT asset disposition that protects your designs.

Your CAD files and process data are the business. Coretek 360 retires engineering workstations, industrial PCs, and office fleets together, with that data destroyed to NIST 800-88 and removals fitted around production.

Plant floor and office hardware retired without stopping the line.

Removals are fitted to your maintenance windows and data is destroyed to NIST 800-88. A serialized report supports your trade secret protections, customer NDAs, and NIST 800-171 or ITAR controls where they apply.

  1. Downtime Planning

We plan removals around your production schedule and maintenance windows. One plan covers engineering workstations, industrial PCs and HMIs, MES servers, handheld scanners, and office fleets.

    • Fitted to maintenance windows
    • Plant floor and offices together
    • Lines kept running
  2. Secure Collection

Equipment is collected from each plant in tracked vehicles under documented chain of custody, with palletized removal for heavy or high volume loads.

    • Pickups at every plant
    • Palletized removal
    • Chain of custody documented throughout
  3. Data Sanitization

Engineering workstations, servers, and production systems holding designs, process data, and controlled technical data are wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified, or shredded, supporting your NIST 800-171 and ITAR obligations where they apply. Shredding is done in house by Coretek 360. It is not yet covered by our R2v3 certificate, and we are actively working to add it.

    • Designs and process data destroyed
    • Wiped to NIST 800-88 or shredded
    • A certificate for every serial number
  4. Remarketing & Recycling

Engineering workstations, office fleets, and servers with life left in them are refurbished and resold through our sales channels, with the value returned to you. End of life equipment goes to R2v3 certified downstream processors, as a RIOS Certified Recycler, with recycling records your EHS team can file.

    • Working hardware refurbished and resold
    • Value returned to you
    • R2v3 certified downstream recycling
  5. Audit Ready Reporting

A final report accounts for every asset by serial number, with a certificate of data destruction for every drive that held your IP and R2v3 recycling records your EHS team can file.

    • Every serial number accounted for
    • Certificates of data destruction
    • R2v3 recycling records for EHS

Frequently asked questions.

Direct answers on the rules you answer to, the hardware we take, and the records you keep.

Does your process support NIST 800-171 and ITAR controls?

NIST 800-171 and ITAR controls, where they apply to your plants, are obligations you carry for controlled technical data. Coretek 360 supports them by wiping engineering workstations, servers, and production systems to NIST 800-88 and verifying the result, or shredding the media. The serialized record also supports your trade secret protections and customer NDAs.

Can you take plant floor equipment like industrial PCs and HMIs?

Plant floor equipment is retired alongside office hardware in one plan. Coretek 360 handles manufacturing assets such as engineering workstations, industrial PCs and HMIs, MES servers, handheld scanners, office fleets, and more. Anything holding designs or process data is sanitized to NIST 800-88 before it is reused or recycled.

What records can we show a customer who audits how their designs were handled?

For a customer audit, Coretek 360 gives you two records. A certificate of data destruction per serial number records the drive serial number, the NIST 800-88 method used, and the date for each drive that held designs or process data. A serialized asset report records custody, make and model, sanitization method, and final disposition, resale or recycling, for every asset.

Can you remove equipment without shutting down a line?

Removals at manufacturing plants are planned around your production schedule and maintenance windows. Coretek 360 builds one plan for the plant floor and the offices together, then collects from each plant in tracked vehicles under documented chain of custody, with palletized removal for heavy or high volume loads.
